Our Delivery Policy

Quick delivery:

We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
We use our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles designed and licenced to carry food and smallgoods.

Customers are assigned a delivery day to ensure regular orders are delivered fresh, cold and on time.
We encourage our customers to order in line with their delivery day to ensure delivery in full on time.

No Signature Required:

All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.

Despatch Notification:

We will notify you by email or phone when your order has been despatched for delivery

RETURNS POLICY

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.

If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Where goods are to be returned, you must notify our office within 48 hours of delivery.
Where goods have past their expiry date, or have been tampered with in any way or opened, they cannot be accepted for return.
